If you choose Preset it will take you straight to Alight Motion. After going to Alight Motion, it will show you a table to import the preset, select Import and the preset will be imported, friends.

XML file நான் Zip file - வில் குடுத்திற்பேன். அதை நீங்கள் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்த பிறகு அந்த Zip file - லை Extract பண்ணி கொண்ட பிறகு அதை நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து Share என்ற இடத்தில் Alight Motion - னை தேர்வு செய்தால் போதும் அது உங்கள் Alight Motion - னில் Import ஆகி விடும் நண்பர்களே.
